Belly Dance Classes

My belly dance classes are held at The Center for Health and Healing in Toms River (across from the TR Post Office).   All classes are $15 per class.  If you want to pay in bulk at a discounted rate, the cost is $125 (ask about 10-class cards).  Hip scarves will be made available for those who need to borrow one for class.

I am always available for private instruction.  Please call the Center for Health and Healing to make an appointment to use their studio. (732) 505-8282  OR call me direct at 732-581-0940 to schedule a lesson at your home or party.

Do you want to take classes?

If you would like to sign up for classes, please call or visit the Center for Health and Healing at 111 Water St. in Toms River.  You can buy classes in bulk with a credit card in advance or at the first class meeting.  While at the Center for Health and Healing ask about the 10 class cards.

Need more information about classes?

The classes I am starting are absolute beginner classes.  They will consist of warm up and cool down, stretching and toning muscles, low impact aerobic exercise, instruction of basic belly dance steps and lots of fun!   Each class is at least one hour long, once a week.  Payment should be made in advance to ensure placement in the class, although drop ins are welcome.  Scroll down for payment options.

For best results students should have:

• voluntary movement of at least 1 limb
• a big, fat belly (we can make do with a small, flat belly, but it is not recommended)
• a great sense of humor (we can work on that, too, if you don't have one)

 After taking just 1 belly dance class, students will:

• look sexy doing just about anything
• feel better about their body no matter what shape they are in
• have met other great women
• have laughed and had fun

Payment options and what the cost includes.

The cost is $15 per class or $125 per 10 classes.  Payment can be made in cash, check or charge at the Center for Health and Healing

All drops ins are to pay prior to the class they wish to attend at the Center for Health and Healing.

To hire Fatin or Trance Formation

Fatin is available for private instruction in your home, studio or you can schedule a time with the Center for Health and Healing.  Cost is relative to location and size of the class.  To book a class with Fatin please email TribalDncrFatin@aol.com.

Trance Formation is available for public/private performance.  This is not bachelor party entertainment!  Trance Formation will perform a suitable dance number for your Renaissance/Medieval party or for your Gothic/Halloween party.  Cost is relative to location and length of performance.  To book a Trance Formation performance please send an email to the above address.
